What kind of accounts do we need for the stores ?
You need to purchase developer accounts for organisations.
Can Eliq not apply for the accounts instead of us ?
No, the organizations needs to apply and purchase the their account.
Why do we have to provide admin rights to Eliq ?
Two reasons
- Eliq will do the first setup the accounts after you purchase the accounts.
-We are following CI/CD approaches in our development and apps are all compiled in Azure build machines. Different eliq users may trigger the build process. That’s why these people needs admin right and not the same person.
Why do we give the admin right more than one person?
It is the same answers as above.
Why are the apps not published right away after submitting ?
Apple Store and Google Play has their own approval process. This process helps to understand if the app is ready, bug free and follow the rules before going to public.
Eliq has no control on this process, it may take up to 2 weeks.
What is the frequency of publishing the new apps ?
Ideally monthly but it depends releasing new features or bug fixes.
How do end user update the apps ?
It depends on your phone settings. If you turn on automatic updates, the apps will be update automatically every time the version is released.
If you prefer to manually update all your apps, turn off automatic updates.
